Analog Devices, Inc. ("ADI") is filing an Application for Alien Employment Certification for the below described job description:
Position: Treasury Director (Boston, Massachusetts)
Duties:

  • Lead global Treasury function with direct responsibility for capital markets and capital allocation strategy, and oversight of cash and liquidity management and FX hedging programs
  • Analyze, plan, and execute on capital structure initiatives by regularly assessing optimal leverage, weighted average maturity, and cost of capital;
  • Manage debt capital markets activities to include debt issuance, liability management, and credit facility syndication;
  • Execute the company's capital allocation strategy, providing analysis on annual dividend increases, and drive share repurchase initiatives and structures;
  • Assess best practices to drive automation and efficiency across functions, including bank fees and services, work capital initiatives, and integration/rationalization of entities and accounts;
  • Oversee the Investment Policy, FX Policy and Derivatives Policy, propose and present any recommended changes to senior leadership;
  • Manage global banking and rating agency relationships; and
  • Serve as a valued and trusted partner across the organization as they collaborate with Tax, Legal, External Reporting, FPA and Business Units on a wide range of initiatives.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a treasury professional or related occupation working with large finance-driven datasets to solve complex business problems.
Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following:
  • Demonstrated Expertise (DE) manipulating data sets and performing regression functions for data analytics using advanced Excel;
  • DE identifying and managing financial risks associated with investments, currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and other factors that could impact the company's financial health;
  • DE utilizing statistical modeling tools/methodologies to quantify and stress test company's financial results in different scenarios;
  • DE of regulatory requirements related to treasury functions, including accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting requirements; and
  • DE collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver financial operations solutions, including trade finance and investment funding structures to address stakeholder needs.

Salary: $227,552.00 - $230,400/ year
