The Position: We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative. The pay range we’re offering is $18.00 to $22.00

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, detail oriented, advanced multi-tasking, problem solving, process-driven, dependable, strong communicator, goal oriented, and ability to work within a team setting
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.
- Refer issues and questions to your direct manager if necessary
- Improve Customer Service experience while taking ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Combined orders and provide additional documentation to customers when requested
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complains
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service agent in providing Customer Service support
- Working knowledge of Customer Service software, databases, and tools
- Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and lead
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Independent thinker who analyzes situations using their best judgment
The Location: 4 Sharp Corners is based in North Attleboro, MA. Our location is great, just 2 miles off the highway, making it easy and accessible to our team.
