RemX is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for our client in Alpharetta, GA. This will be a permanent role handling inbound calls regarding questions for rewards programs. Multiple schedules available upon completion of interview and testing!

- Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA 30005
- Salary: English: $17.50/hr | Bilingual Spanish/English $18.50 an hour
- Start Date: January 2024
- Schedule: Various schedules available, 1 weekend day required weekly
- Training: 3 to 6 weeks depending on start date | Between M - F 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM - 40 hour weeks

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with navigating the customer website/portal, viewing and using their reward points
- Assist customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.
- Inbound calls from customers looking to for assistance with general account information and tasks
- Assist customers with changes and cancelling reservations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
- 1+ year of experience in Customer ServiceREQUIRED
- Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
- An articulate demeanor and friendly personality are necessary
