Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our major customers. You will work in a high paced environment and need to possess the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate efficiently and effectively while driving actions within the organization. This is a key role within the company, assuring that we understand our customers’ requirements and enabling our operations teams to exceed those expectations.
Location: Davenport, IA
Salary: $21 - $24 /hour (starting pay is based on experience)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding Customer Service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes.
Partner with all departments to support customers” needs for information and updates.
Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.
Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by customers.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Good customer Service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Basic knowledge of computer functions, including the ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customer concerns effectively.
Quick Learner, Team Player and a “Can Do” attitude.
Ability to multi-task and handle various customer demands and inquiries at one time.
Handle a fast-paced working environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
SAP / Microsoft Dynamics Experience Preferred but not required.
