Customer Service Representative

FT position available for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Customer service experience, along with strong math and language skills are required. Must be professional, courteous, friendly, organized, and dedicated. Candidate must be resourceful and take pride in his/her work. Additionally, the candidate must understand business concepts and terminology, possess above average computer skills, and be able to learn new software. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. CSR will be responsible for answering phones, providing quotes, processing orders, and general office duties. Being able to communicate in a professional way via telephone, email, and in person is a must.

Degree preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately enter information and process orders
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate next steps
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and vendors as required
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Must be able to learn new software
- Must be able to operate various office equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
