Customer Service Rep

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC sales and mechanical aptitude is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Trane products, offerings, and promotions.
• Proficiency in quote and order management processes.
• Ability to operate a forklift (certification optional).

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to identify needs and provide solutions for HVAC parts and supply needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Trane products to effectively partner with customers and drive sales.
• Manage quote and order processes with accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, shipping, and receiving.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships, prioritizing Customer Service in all interactions.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
