Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Heavy and Farm Equipment along with an understanding of Hydraulics. This is a full-time position located in Granite, IA.
Duties:
- Assist in handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures for Customer Service
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of Heavy Equipment and Hydraulic systems terminology
- Ability to analyze customer situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication techniques
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
