We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Medicare and Individual health insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers with policy information and issue resolution

-Assisting agents with the quoting, application and implementation process
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Performing data entry tasks to update customer records
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and Customer Service etiquette at all times

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
