Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain quality relations with assigned customers. Manage communications and serve as main point of contact for day-to-day issues with your assigned customers. Respond to inquiries and complaints.
- Receive and verify customer releases / requirements coming in via fax, email, web portal or EDI and schedule shipments to fulfill those requirements.
- Maintain updated, organized files on all assigned customers.
- Maintain inventory to meet customer demand, analyze changes.
- Enter customer sales orders, vendor purchase orders, price changes, customer quotations, etc. into Plex ERP system.
- Coordinate with / assist other departments (Accounting, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Sales) daily to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
General Requirements
- 3+ years of general office experience required (Automotive experience, specifically experience with automotive releases, supply chain and scheduling is greatly preferred).
- Education- Associates Degree
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and other parties via phone, email, web conference or in person meeting.
- Must have team player attitude AND ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills are required (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Experience with the Plex Manufacturing Cloud is greatly preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain an 8:30am – 5:00pm schedule Monday – Friday.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
