- This position is Contract to Hire and pays $21.63/hr in contract.
- First 90 days in office during training, then moves to a hybrid schedule.
- Location is 3600 American Blvd West - Bloomington
- Mon - Fri from 8:45am - 5pm. No weekends!
- Answer incoming calls about pension plans.
- Educate plan participants on the particulars of their benefits.
- Document all customer interaction in our database.
- Perform data entry of enrollment forms.
- Prepare outgoing mail of plan documents and forms.
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Strong typing and basic digital literacy
- Tech savvy
