We are a growing Veteran owned company seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Routing Specialist to join our team. Requires two+ years telephone Customer Service, must be detailed, and organized, excellent spelling and grammar skills and the ability to logically organize Customer Service calls based on physical locations, scheduled service frequencies and customer availability.
We have a small remote team in the greater Oklahoma City area and are looking to add one more person to this remote team supporting our physical office based in Ventura, California.
**Shift is from 10am to 6:30pm Central Time, Monday - Friday**
**Must have prior verifiable experience successfully working remotely**
**WORK FROM HOME POSITION. MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, COMPUTER, HEADSET, PRINTER, Etc. MONTHLY STIPEND FOR INTERNET and OFFICE SUPPLIES $150/mo**

What You will Do:
- Must have a quiet place and dedicated time to make and receive professional business phone calls/web meetings and be exclusively working on Allguard work during assigned work hours.
- Must maintain high speed internet service sufficient to ensure quality VoIP phone connectivity and video conferencing.
- Answer Inbound Telephone, email, Web Chat, Text Message, Yelp! and Google questions and requests for service.
- Respond via Outbound Telephone, email, Web Chat, Text Message, Yelp! and Google.
- Resolve Customer Service issues by investigating the issue and managing the troubleshooting process.
- You must possess the ability to follow up and follow through with our customers, while working well with others both in and outside of the office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook typical Customer Database/CRM software experience.
- Detail-oriented, excellent project management skills, ability to manage tight timelines and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working within a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects.
- Must possess excellent reasoning abilities.
- Must be able to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, select, and implement the best alternative.
- Schedule services and coordinate routes in an efficient order.
- Effectively communicate with technicians in the field updating them on any schedule changes or special requests.
- Invoice customers and apply payments to accounts ensuring they are posted correctly.
- Call customers with past due balances for collection.
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
