Customer Service Rep

Well-established lighting manufacturing company is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This a full time role with a standard schedule, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will be joining a well-operted Customer Service team.

Duties:

• Process customer oders via phone and online
• Enter all orders into company software
• Provide customers with products details, specs and pricing
• Manage retail accounts such as Walmart, Home Depot, etc
• Process EDI and drop ship orders

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service role within a manufacturing company
• Proficient with MS Office
• Comfortable workig a high-volume phone call environment
