Job Description
Well-established lighting manufacturing company is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This a full time role with a standard schedule, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You will be joining a well-operted Customer Service team.
Duties:
- Process customer oders via phone and online
- Enter all orders into company software
- Provide customers with products details, specs and pricing
- Manage retail accounts such as Walmart, Home Depot, etc
- Process EDI and drop ship orders
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service role within a manufacturing company
- Proficient with MS Office
- Comfortable workig a high-volume phone call environment
