Aim Mail Center is a franchise retail shipping store similar to the UPS store. We provide private mailboxes, shipping services with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, Notary Public services and Live Scan. Shredding, passport photos, copy, fax, and scan to email services. What makes us different is that we focus on catering to every customer's need to exceed their expectations, not just do the bare minimum.

Top Qualities We Need
- Must be tech-savvy (Google Drive, MS Office, Apple, Android, copier, fax machine)
- Willing to become a notary public.
- Willing to become a livescan operator, must pass a background check and have a clean record, DOJ and FBI background check.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy boxes without physical ailment
- Moderate walking around the store and standing most of the time (chairs available)
- Quick worker, can focus in high-stress environments without making mistakes.
- Looking for long term employment and advancement.
- Detail-oriented, able to type on keyboards at a reasonable speed.
- 2 year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and help customers resolve issues and complaints over the phone and in-store
- Generate shipping labels for packages and mail, and scan drop-off returns.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs for the best shipping options
- Sort mail, deposit mail in customer mailboxes, and check in packages
- Roll fingerprints as a Livescan operator
- Notarize documents as a future Notary Public
- Make photocopies, fax, or scan documents
- Package items for customers, restock packaging supplies
- Assist manager with administrative work, light cleaning, and organizing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
