This temporary to hire position offers competitive pay at $22/hour, working 6:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday!
The Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining excellent customer relations by handling inquiries and resolving complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Gather customer feedback and provide regular reports to supervisors and provide prompt resolution.
- Manage timely handling of product shipments and ensure accurate inventory entry for inbound shipments.
- Oversee accurate processing of customer invoicing to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service or inventory control in the distribution and logistics industry is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
