Position Overview:
Elements Mountain Company is a year-round home maintenance company. We are a large provider of all forms of snow removal, paint/stain, asphalt seal and defensible space/tree service. We have a friendly, fun office in Tahoe Donner. We are looking for someone to join our team who has a variety of office skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer issues/complaints and provide appropriate solutions; follow up to ensure resolution and ultimate customer satisfaction
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and prospects, and turn them into raving fans
- Accepts customer orders and requests via phone call, fax, or email
- Enter customer data, orders and payments into the FM system while ensuring that all information is entered correctly according to company procedures, and in a timely fashion
- Maintains a high level of communication with customers and staff as necessary
- Assists AP with data entry and processing
- Performs any other functions and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service/sales position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems logically and critically, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor – you are energized by interacting with and helping people
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization

- Word Processing - Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save and retrieve word processing documents
- Project Tracking - Use project management applications to manage and track critical projects
- Communication Software - Use communication applications like text message, email and Slack to communicate and collaborate with employees and clients
- Multi line Vonage Phone System - Answer phones on first ring to get clients best possible Customer Service
