Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for providing outstanding service? Shivers Buildings is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our valued clients with their needs and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries addressing concerns, and providing updates on projects. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure that their needs are met with courtesy and professionalism.
Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client issues and concerns, working with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
Project Support: Assist project managers and field staff with administrative tasks related to client projects, including scheduling appointments, preparing document, and updating project records. Ensure that clients are kept informed throughout the duration of their projects.
Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from clients on their experience working with Shivers Buildings, including satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future projects. Use feedback to continuously improve our services and enhance client experience.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and any relevant documentation. Generate reports as needed to track client satisfaction, monitor project progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
