We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Rep to address customer needs, provide effective solutions, and resolve customer challenges.

This role requires an individual who has strong communication skills as well as excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails from various customer accounts.
• Identify and assess customer needs, ensuring a personalized and efficient response.
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships by providing accurate information and utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
• Resolve customer challenges by offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Provide price quotes and proactively follow up on sales leads.
• Enter order information into the scheduling system.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations by going the extra mile.

Requirements and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proven customer support experience in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
• The capacity to rapidly adapt and respond to various customer situations.
