What we're looking for
We're looking for a motivated, action-oriented, and analytical Sales Strategy & Execution Partner to support a variety of impactful areas within the sales organization. You'll be an essential partner to our sales leadership team by providing strategic direction with data to help shape critical business decisions and drive sustainable growth. This position reports to the Manager of Sales Strategy and Execution.
What you'll be working on
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales rep productivity
- Participate in areas such as pipeline reviews, performance metrics, forecasting, sales reporting & Salesforce management
- Foster continuous improvement; ensure that all sales activities (sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, account reviews) are efficient and scalable
- Identify trends among the data and effectively communicate back to sales leadership
- Explain challenges and build consensus within your team
We'd love to hear from people with
- Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Business, or other quantitative focus and/or comparable work experience
- 2+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting or similar functions
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suite, or other equivalent tools
The base pay provided for this position ranges from $75,735 / year - $102,465 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
Bonuses and commissions may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
