Qualifications
- Assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts both in person and on the telephone
- Resolve any complaints by working with other departments to satisfy the customer promptly
- Researching any customer problems and performing any adjustments to correct the problem
- Receiving payment on accounts in person and by telephone
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Performing any customer account maintenance such as, address changes,
- Tracking and recording problem calls
- Team oriented
- Proven communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Basic Accounts Payable and Account Receivable knowledge
- Must be organized and detailed oriented
- Self-motivated
- Able to respond to customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Must be flexible
- Create and handle daily invoicing and the process of month end statements
- Contacting customers to update information and look for opportunities to better serve our customer needs
- Any general correspondence duties and other job duties assigned by the General Manager
- Taking phone calls for dispatching
