CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Purpose:
To provide all clients with an educated and positive buying experience, in the exciting industry of decorated apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists customers by answering product inquiries and decoration service questions, in person, via email and telephone.
- Open customer accounts by recording accurate account information.
- Ability to listen with attention to detail, while trying to anticipate clients' needs, and assisting with their decision making in a timely manner.
- Both product and decoration knowledge retention.
- Make product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Processing orders with accuracy, while adhering to company guidelines.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and go the extra mile to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all products were satisfactory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
