Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong retail sales experience and knowledge of electronics sales is preferred
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with people and provide exceptional service
- Phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries over the phone
