CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION

Regular Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Position: Full-time salaried

Reports to Customer Service Manager Location: On-site - Rowlett, TX

Summary: Ultimately responsible for creating an excellent experience for our customers and partners. Always go the extra mile while completing processes, transactions, and communications to ensure our partners and customers have an excellent experience with TSFM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner.
• Provide introductory information about our ministry to new customers and partners.
• Generate sales orders and donations.
• Update customer information in CRM software, website, and email service provider.
• Troubleshoot any process issues to create a better customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Pray with customers and partners over the phone proactively and by request.
• Be able to answer questions around course content and basic biblical concepts.
• Build trust and sustainable relationships with partners through interactive and friendly communication.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Run recurring payments and print credit card decline and expiration letters
• Assist Event Coordinator with registration processes and transactional tasks for all events
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Participate in ministry events such as the NEXT Conference and ICING Women’s Event, which are held over weekends.
• Be willing to overtime occasionally.

General Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Exceptional organization skills
• Experience using Word and Excel, and the ability to create/maintain spreadsheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to work overtime on an “as needed” basis
• Being familiar with Terri Savelle Foy Ministries and resources is a plus.
• Be able to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Born-again believer, filled with the Holy Spirit and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Terri Savelle Foy and her appointed representatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
