Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking a Customer Service/ Order Entry Representative to join a growing team! This position is open due to a PROMOTION! The Customer Service Representative/ Order Entry Rep will be responsible for gathering information, enter orders in through customer portal, create PO's, coordinate/ create documents for shipments, build rapport with vendors/ customers, and assisting with production scheduling. Responsibilities:
- Gather information from shipping portal to confirm orders, quantities, production schedules, reporting.
- Log in to Customers' Portal and print all daily incoming orders and shipping labels. Enter items into company CRM, create shipment confirmations.
- Create PODs and send advance notification emails to customers of what and when we will be shipping to them.
- Make / complete day-to-day productions on the system, based on what the floor completed.
- Create shipment confirmations for a specific customer [name retracted].
- Build a report for VP of Production, Warehouse Manager and Finance Manager on Productions and sales done per day, week, and month.
- Build a production schedule every Thursday with the warehouse manager for the warehouse on what it will be worked on for the following week with its dollar value.
- Build a report on the backlog, with due dates and value for each
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Customer Service/ Order Entry experience
- Strong computer skills
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Office experience in preferred
