This is why we are currently hiring for a Entry Level Customer Service Representative to help continue to develop our team's customer communication, to help maximize sales, and to prepare for the next level into management. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will prepare for the next level into management so that they can continue to expand as the company grows and learn how to manage a marketing campaign.
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will aid in increasing our market share, help with new customer acquisition, and be able to provide great Customer Service to our clientele. The right candidate will have a passion for leadership development and organization with a focus to continue to improve the overall company. Since our company specializes in working with large telecommunication brands and is growing at a tremendous rate, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to learn all the necessary skills and knowledge on our services in order to lead and train others. Our goal, in the Entry Level Customer Service Representative position, is to successfully have them professionally represent our clients as well as provide them with the right tools in order to have them fully manage campaigns.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the process of purchasing new products and services
- Act as liaison for the client and the consumer with the goal of driving sales
- Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
- Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client revenue
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions and answer client inquiries
- Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development
- Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
- Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Some experience working as a bridge between customers and clients or in a leadership role.
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with other team members and the company's customers in a professional approach.
- Must have a student mentality in order to receive our outstanding training and maintain the knowledge and extend it to others.
- Have a passion for helping coach and training others and working in a team setting
- Will have a strong desire to grow and develop new skills that will allow them to grow in their careers and allow our company to expand to other market territories.
