JOB SUMMARY
Provides evaluation and treatment of all aspects of upper extremity pathologies ranging from overuse injuries to cumulative trauma to post-surgical cases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a hand therapy practice with other Hand Therapists.
Knowledge and Skills: Competent in the evaluation and treatment of upper extremity neuromusculoskeletal pathologies including splinting skills and physical agent modalities.
License and Certifications: OT licensed through the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Occupational Therapy with hand therapy (HTC) and physical agent modalities (PAM) specialty designation. Certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Can also be a PT licensed through the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Physical Therapy with certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission as a CHT. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certified.
Physical Requirements: Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
PAY RANGE
$44.48 - $66.72

Salary offers are determined by candidate's relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate's individual experience.
