Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
-Verify and interpret insurance benefits and breakdowns
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person in a timely manner
- Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with callers
- Utilize phone systems and technology effectively to manage calls
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed
- Maintain phone etiquette and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in phone systems and technology
- Bilingual abilities (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Front desk or receptionist experience is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
