- Answer incoming calls into the Facilities Service Center
- Provide callers accurate information
- Transfer calls in timely and accurate manner
- Provide excellent Customer Service to individuals contacting both the global switchboard and Fort Worth service request lines
- Assist in researching and updating Microsoft Outlook global address list
- Update incoming call counts
- Assist with compiling Facilities Service Center metrics
- Record Facilities service request calls
- Provide weekly Customer Service surveys
- Provide facility related communications to members of campus
- Assist with training new members of the Facility Service Center
- Provide support to event planners related to facilities and site services to include: meeting with event planners, submitting service requests, coordinating facilities and services support needs, etc
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: 1ST Shift – Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%
