We are a family owned and operated HVAC business that is looking for a proficient multitasker that is looking for an assistant role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients or team members
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
