We are looking for a energetic Office Assistant to assist in daily office needs and handling our company’s general administrative activities. The candidate we are looking for will provide top notch customer service with a friendly professional attitude.
You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize your work using a computer and office equipment.
We will train you if you possess an energetic and goal-oriented attitude. Team player is a must.
Responsibilities
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system of customer records
- Provide general support to our office manager and his team
Skills
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Working knowledge of MS Office (such as Word and Excel)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
