Customer Service Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and grow our Customer Service department. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing spare parts, technical support, field service, and warranty projects.

Essential Duties:

You must hold your Customer Service department to a high standard in every area, including:

• Responsiveness
• Technical Competence
• Effective Follow Through

To effectively carry out these tasks, you must:

• Truly care for our customers, satisfying all reasonable customers, and a few unreasonable idiots (and we can all be unreasonable idiots)
• Be knowledgeable in machines and equipment, and problem solve for the same
• Be capable of root cause analysis
• Approach challenges with an immediate and long-term perspective
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Be a proactive planner with critical decision making skills
• Have the ability to develop and implement systems and processes
• Be able to identify and seize opportunities to improve and grow the department
• Be an enthusiastic go-getter eager to lead our awesome team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
