Responsibilities:
- Analyze Customer Service needs and create strategies to meet them effectively
- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service representatives
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Oversee projects related to improving customer satisfaction and service quality
- Utilize Spanish language skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Communicate with customers through various channels to provide assistance and support
- Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance customer experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in Customer Service management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and motivating a team
- Experience supervising and training Customer Service staff
- Proficiency in Spanish language for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service while managing operational tasks efficiently

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
