After a training period where you will be trained on our technology and sorting machines both in our Turlock office and at our customers' sites, you will be responsible for our service and after sales in North America and its further expansion.
About the ROLE:
Responsible for North American Service and After Sales Support and management of the field service engineers
Planning, coordination and monitoring of all after-sales activities, including maintenance, repairs and technical support
Coordinate and interface with Service Management at the European HQ
Implement training programs, workflows and procedures
Develop service programs and offerings tailored to the customer’s needs
Manage relationships with customer maintenance managers and technicians
Prepare regular reports on service performance, financial metrics, and key initiatives for senior management and monitoring service performance metrics
About YOU:
Extensive work experience in Service Management, Equipment service or Project Management
Technical education (Colleague or University degree) considered an asset
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, charts, and electrical code specifications, high level understanding of IT connectivity and troubleshooting
Experience in customer relationship management as well as part and order management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment,
Confront challenges with a problem-solving mindset, having high quality standards considering your work

Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time in California and other states from time to time. Occasional travel to Europe for training purposes.
Schedule:
40 hours / week,
Monday-Friday, schedule will be flexible (typically between 7am-6pm)
Notes:
Overtime and weekend work required from time to time
Salary:
Total compensation approx. $ 85-95,000.00 / year
Vacation time:
15 x 8 hours = 3 weeks
