Job Overview
Currently, Airborne Athletics is looking for a leader with excellent technical skills and a passion for problem solving to join our team. The Customer Service Manager will build upon our reputation as a provider of top-tier customer care. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will become a subject matter expert on our products by helping refine process and procedures, proactively problem solve customer inquiries, and lead a positive and motivated team of Customer Service professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and set clear performance expectations and goals for the Customer Service team.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.
- Proactively identify trends and issues in customer inquiries, implementing procedures and solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Service team and processes.
- Foster a positive, motivated work environment, encouraging team growth and cohesion.
- Continuously review and update processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Customer Service technology and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service management.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience troubleshooting both software and hardware systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in training and developing a Customer Service team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
