** Key Responsibilities: **
- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee the front of house team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Inspire a culture of excellence, friendliness, and professionalism among staff.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive a high standard of service that aligns with Rudy’s reputation. Handle guest feedback with grace and implement strategies to continuously improve the dining experience.
- Operations Management: Coordinate with the back of house to ensure seamless service. Manage reservations, table allocations, and dining room layout to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Ensure the profitability of Restaurant Operations by optimizing staffing and resources.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
- Brand Ambassador: Uphold and convey Rudy’s ethos of fine dining in a laid-back environment. Participate in community events and engage with guests to enhance brand loyalty.
** Qualifications: **
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fine dining or upscale casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software, like OpenTable, is a plus.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry and commitment to staying informed about new trends and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
