Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably with phone skills
- The ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the boating industry.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
