SalaryA fast-paced HVAC company in Dulles, VA is currently hiring for a full-time CSR/Service Coordinator to answer incoming calls and handle client specific communications. Assist in coordination of field staff by setting up service calls, manage daily timesheets, and provide ongoing communication to assure 100% complete customer satisfaction. Exploding workload creates fantastic advancement opportunities for candidates with great spelling, grammar, and communication skills. Requires friendly, outgoing personality that can work well within a team.
Exciting, professional environment focused on solving customer needs. HVAC and Dispatch experience a plus, but not required. We provide all the training.
