The Team Service Representative position is responsible for providing Customer Service assistance to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Makes initial impression and contact with a client and explains the service available through outstanding LOL Kids World presentation and Guest service
Processes customer orders and payments.
Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
Encourages higher sales for customers to purchase additional products.
Determines/understands customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling.
Manages customer queries/complaints. Assisting in providing a safe, fun and clean environment for all our Guests.
Help create lasting magical memories for our guests. Party hosts/hostesses do the work so that Mom and Dad can relax and enjoy the party.
Supports keeping LOL Kids World clean and organized.
Ensuring all active areas working properly.
Opening/Closing of LOL Kids World
Perform other Duties as assigned and approved by supervisor

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop or kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a Part-time/Full-time position. Typical days and hours of of work may vary. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours (ie. weekends).
Travel-No traveling is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
1-3 Year of Customer Service.
Prior experience in a related food service position.
