We are looking for an overachieving, determined and passionate Customer Service Associateto join our sales team. Join us in our positive office setting where you’ll have the ability to develop personal connections with new people daily. This position is entry-level and no experience is required.

We provide all training to ensure exceptional product knowledge and problem solving skills to effectively educate customers about energy deregulation.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Entry level role, no experience is required but Customer Service background is a plus
- Recognize and assess customer needs and concerns
- Provide basic understanding of services
- Update customer accounts as needed
