Your core Responsibilities are:

• Provide our clients with high-level Customer Service meeting their needs.

• Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call existing and potential customers

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional Service And to identify potential new sales opportunities

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow up appointment appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues

• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in Customer Service/sales is great - but not required

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to recognize, apply and explain products and a strong desire to learn

• Working knowledge of computers and ability to use it on a daily basis

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
