Are you looking for a rewarding job where you can make a difference in your community? We are hiring Cell Phone Enrollment Agents to help us provide free phones to qualified individuals through the Lifeline Program and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
As a Cell Phone Enrollment Agent, your job will be to:
- Qualify individuals for free phones and ACP benefits.
- Assist individuals with enrolling in the Lifeline Program and ACP
- Provide Customer Service and support to individuals receiving free phones and ACP benefits
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay. We offer a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work in the community.
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous lifeline experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
