We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team In St. Augustine. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. This person will be responsible for general Customer Services, interacting with customers via email or phone, creating invoices, as well as managing a variety of incoming jobs ranging from logos, business cards, brochures, signage, and programs. We are looking for a talented individual who can work quickly, meet deadlines, communicate effectively with their team and customers.
Job Description: Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Assisting customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Providing product recommendations and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required.
