Overview Enterprise Rent-A-Car's Car Sales Division has an immediate opening for a Car Sales Customer Service Representative at our new Tallahassee, FL dealership. The Car Sales Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of Customer Service and support to both internal and external customers. This person is also responsible for helping support the finance and sales transactions during the sales process, as well as post-sale Customer Service. This role is a full-time position to provide administrative support to the Car Sales Dealership. Responsibilities Customer ServiceAssist in post-sale vehicle trade-in follow up, including collecting clean titles, assist with trade payoffs and following up with the team responsible for trade salesFollow up with customers to collect information/documents needed for funding Follow up with customer post-sale to help ensure that aftermarket vehicle options are installed Handle customer inquiries related to financing, warranties or other Customer Service issuesTrack all customer requests in Salesforce (CRM system)AdministrativeOrganize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transaction Collect and review all information and paperwork sent to shared services Assist in monitoring Weekly Status Report (WSR) and notifying mgmt. of discrepancies Complete monthly reporting for shared services and management Complete and send DMV paperwork Follow up with reconditioning on previously ordered keys and manuals for current dealership inventory Accounts payable and receivable support (including review of CRS/deposit 2150 report)Tag and title follow up for current dealership inventory Assist with ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) File review Finance SupportReview credit applications for accuracy and complianceComplete final sale paperwork with customers (obtain signatures)Follow up with lenders on all funding, including discrepancies, delays or questionsMiscellaneousMaintain files for the dealershipUnderstand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect used-vehicle and finance departments.Complete annual compliance training Print FTC and Price stickersNotary Services for dealershipEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldMust have a High School diploma or GEDMust have a minimum of 2 year of administrative experienceStrong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) requiredMust have a valid unrestricted driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start dateMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishAside from religious observations, must be available to work:Mon – 9am-6pmTues – 11am-8pmWed – 11am-8pm (Alternating with every other Saturday)Thurs – 11am-8pmFriday – 9am-6pmSaturday – 9am-6pm (Alternating with every other Wednesday)
