POSITION PROFILE
This versatile position will perform a variety of activities in a corporate environment to include, but not limited to mailroom, shipping/receiving, courier driving, reception duties, A/V assists, data and report compilations and kiosk/locker fulfillment. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare materials for mailing including applying postage, preparing, and processing items for shipment, distributing items as needed, ensuring items are properly labeled.
- Utilize receiving equipment (TRAC) to scan, log and track all incoming items for accountability including certified, registered, return receipt, UPS and Federal Express
- Maintain shipping and receiving area as required.
- Maintain office supplies to print rooms as required by customer
- Data Entry/Inventory controls with proficient accuracy for kiosk/locker fulfillment.
- Back up to courier driver position which drives company vehicle to customers sites within 60-mile radius
- May perform Reception services on temporary/occasional basis
- Assist with monthly reporting requirements, including spreadsheet creation and file maintenance.
- Assist with loading and unloading of small deliveries as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extensive period of time/distance, within site.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
- Requires high school diploma or GED and2-3 years of related work experience.
- Requires clean, valid driver's license
- Demonstrate intermediate competency in computer skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Professional presence for customer facing (reception duties)
- Some Audio-Visual Knowledge with willingness to learn.
