SalaryResponsibilities and duties encompass a wide variety Customer Service-related tasks such as processing customer orders and solving customer problems, rental fleet equipment support as well as various shipping and receiving assignments. Tasks such as data entry, cycle counting, inventory and distribution of parts and hardware as required and to investigate, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries regarding parts orders, problems with accounts, service, or equipment. In addition to the Customer Service responsibilities, this position will also be required to provide a wide range of technical support to our customers and branch service team. Position requires knowledge of NLB equipment and a strong Customer Service attitude. Representatives must pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, multi-task oriented and a good conversationalist. The goal is to provide NLB and its customers with world-class service.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training in shipping, receiving, stock and warehouse; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Ability to be trained to operate warehouse equipment such as hand truck.
Ability to pass Hi-Lo Driver Exam and receive a Hi-lo License.
Other Skills and Abilities
Minimum of two years shipping, receiving, stock and warehouse experience.
