Schedule: FT, M-F, 8:30-5 PM
Salary: $14 - 17/hr DOE

Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes, receive and process customer orders
- Review orders for accuracy
- Establish and review payment terms for customers
- Provide customer statements and ensure on time customer payments
- Answer phone and customer emails with professionalism and eloquence
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in high-level customer service
- Typing, phone, and computer competency
- Proven/demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office Suites
