Customer Service

Customer Service Representative needed for medium size trucking company.

Job description would include but not limited to:

- Communications with customers
- Tracking drivers
- Responding to customer questions pertaining to their shipments
- Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm

We will be looking for an individual that has the following experience and credentials:

- Trucking/Logistics experience preferred.

- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with phone and email communications
