Customer Service

Established Appliance Retailer is looking for a committed Customer Service person to work in our Lake Oswego Showroom. You will be part of an expanding Customer Service team that works directly with factory representatives to help resolve customer issues. Work week is Tuesday through Saturday.

BASCO Appliances, Oregon’s premier appliance showroom, is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Stores, the ideal candidate will be someone who is versatile and eager to take on a wide variety of tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answering questions about a company's products or services.
• Processing orders and transactions.
• Resolving issues.
• Delivering information about a company's offerings.
• Providing proactive customer outreach.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Must demonstrate follow up and follow through using Homesource.
• Inter-department communication is key to this role

Required Skills
Must have extensive experience in Customer Service, MS Office and ERP usage, order management and vendor returns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident and professional on the phone with patience and a positive attitude
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively communicate in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Exhibit strong written / verbal communication and organizational skills
Diligent and proactive results-driven personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
