Ranew's Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davenport, IA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our major customers. You will work in a high paced environment and need to possess the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate efficiently and effectively while driving actions within the organization. This is a key role within the company, assuring that we understand our customers’ requirements and enabling our operations teams to exceed those expectations.
Location: Davenport, IA
Salary: $21 - $24 / hour (starting pay is based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes.
- Partner with all departments to support customers” needs for information and updates.
- Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or issues.
- Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good customer Service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint..
- Basic knowledge of computer functions, including the ability to use multiple computer systems and programs
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customer concerns effectively
- Quick Learner, Team Player and a “can Do” attitude
- Ability to multi-task and handle various customer demands and inquiries at one time
- Handle a fast-paced working environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
- SAP / Microsoft Dynamics Experience Preferred but not required
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- 18 yrs of age or older.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment with a customer-facing role
- Proven expertise in customer query resolution and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred but not required.
