Direct Support Professional 2Nd Shift

HIRING RATE 18.46/HOUR - CAREGIVERS NEEDED

We are currently hiring for the position of Direct Support Professional at our group home location in Norwich CT.

Schedule is as follows:

Sundays 3 pm to 10 pm, Mondays 3 pm to 11 pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3 pm to 9 pm, and Saturdays 2 pm to 9 pm

We are looking for hard working, caring individuals. No experience necessary, we will train the right individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of our consumers.

Our average DSP earns approximately $36,462 per year. Our current new hire hourly rate is $18.46 per hour, with yearly increases for the first three years. Additionally, employees receive an annual benefit worth, on average, approximately $13,000 per year. This includes 13 paid holidays, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick pay, 16 hours personal time, fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403B retirement plan, union pension plan, and flexible health spending accounts for employees who work at least 30 hours per week or more.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid CT Driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
