Customer Service

Sign Pros, Inc., located in Redmond, has been a leader in NW real estate and custom signs since 1978. We strive for fantastic Customer Service and produce top quality products. We are growing and looking for a qualified person to join our team.

This full-time position receives a high volume of phone calls, emails and walk in clients. Typing skills are a plus along with being comfortable on the phone speaking with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Working with clients through the order placing process

- Inputting information into our database

- Collecting payments

- Responding to emails

- Downloading website orders

- Supporting other staff members

- Assisting in other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service

- Ability to answer high volume phone calls

- Warm, friendly, helpful and caring attitude

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Computer proficiency

- Typing skills a plus

- Well organized and detail oriented

- Flexible and willing to learn

Full Time Position Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
